Focus on secure, scalable, and high-performance AI solutions Q\-Soft is looking for an experienced AI (Artificial Intelligence) Architect to join one of our clients in Qatar and design and deliver enterprise AI solutions across the sports, sports performance, healthcare, and education sectors. Key Requirements: * 8\+ years of Solution Architecture experience, including 4\+ years in applied AI/ML projects * Arabic Speaker (Bilingual) – Mandatory * Strong expertise in Azure AI Foundry and Google AI platforms (Agent Builder / Agent Space) (Mandatory) * Hands\-on experience with AI solution architecture, machine learning, NLP, and predictive analytics * Expertise in Advanced RAG, vector databases, knowledge graphs, and enterprise AI systems * Experience integrating AI solutions with ERP, CRM, healthcare, and sports performance platforms * Strong understanding of AI governance, security, GDPR, HIPAA, and responsible AI practices * Ability to design secure, scalable, and high\-performance AI solutions with measurable business value * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills * Certifications: Microsoft Certified AI Developer/Architect, Azure AI, Google Cloud AI/ML, or equivalent AI/Software Architecture certifications.
