Maintain strong supplier relationships We are seeking a skilled **Procurement Specialist** with strong experience in local purchasing to manage our sourcing activities within Qatar. The role involves negotiating with local vendors, ensuring cost\-effective and high\-quality procurement of goods and services, and maintaining strong supplier relationships to meet organizational needs. **Key Responsibilities:** * Source, evaluate, and select local suppliers based on price, quality, and service. * Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with local vendors. * Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services in line with company policies. * Coordinate with internal departments to identify purchasing needs. * Monitor and track purchase orders to ensure on\-time delivery. * Maintain and update supplier database, purchase records, and documentation. * Ensure compliance with local procurement laws, company policies, and standards. * Analyze market trends to identify potential suppliers and cost\-saving opportunities. * Resolve any issues regarding delivery, quality, or pricing discrepancies. * Prepare procurement reports and present updates to management * **Qualifications \& Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field. * Minimum of **1 years of experience in local procurement in Qatar**. * Strong knowledge of **the Qatar market, suppliers, and purchasing regulations**. * Excellent negotiation and communication skills. * Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Valid Qatar driving license (preferred). * Preferable Male Candidates Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR1,800\.00 \- QAR2,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
