In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, ensuring they receive exceptional support, and helping them maximize the value of our products and services. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, enjoys solving problems, and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. * Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support. * Guide customers through onboarding and product adoption. * Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively resolve issues. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met. * Identify opportunities to improve customer retention and engagement. * Maintain accurate customer records and account updates. * Provide product education and best practices to clients. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. * Previous experience in Customer Success, Customer Service, Account Management, or a related role. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. * Strong problem\-solving and interpersonal skills. * Ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously. * Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. * Self\-motivated, organized, and customer\-oriented.
