Position Overview We are seeking a creative and skilled **Marketing Software Developer** to design, develop, and implement software solutions that enhance marketing campaigns, customer engagement, and business growth. This role requires strong programming expertise, marketing knowledge, and the ability to collaborate across technical and creative teams. Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain software applications tailored for marketing and digital campaigns. * Integrate CRM, analytics, and automation tools into marketing platforms. * Collaborate with marketing teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. * Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and user experience. * Implement data\-driven features to support customer insights and engagement. * Ensure compliance with IT and data security standards. * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in marketing systems. * Stay updated on emerging technologies and digital marketing trends. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. * 3–5 years of experience in software development, preferably with marketing applications. * Strong knowledge of programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar). * Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms. * Excellent problem\-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and development frameworks. * Ability to work in fast\-paced, innovation\-driven environments. * Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
