What You Will Do (Responsibilities) * Oversee daily label operations, managing release schedules from initial A\&R through to final distribution. * Coordinate with digital streaming platforms (DSPs) to secure editorial playlisting and prominent feature placement. * Manage legal compliance, including artist contracts, licensing agreements, and international publishing administration. * Lead marketing and promotional strategies for all singles, EPs, and album rollouts across digital and traditional media. * Act as the primary liaison between artists, producers, management teams, and external agencies. * Track, analyze, and optimize royalty reporting, streaming data, and budget allocations for each project. What We Are Looking For (Skills \& Requirements) * Proven experience working within a record label, music distribution company, or artist management agency. * Strong understanding of global digital distribution networks (such as Believe, Orchard, or FUGA) and DSP ecosystem mechanics. * Solid grasp of music copyright laws, publishing rights, and standard licensing contracts. * Exceptional project management skills with the ability to keep multiple creative timelines on track. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong trust with artists and international partners. * Familiarity with current digital marketing trends, social media analytics, and playlist pitching strategies. الراتب المدفوع: QAR١٠٬٠٠٠٫٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
