Description

Summary: Responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, and inspection of various electrical installations and systems in commercial or mall facilities. Highlights: 1. Manage daily electrical operations and maintenance. 2. Conduct regular inspections and rectify faults. 3. Ensure compliance with electrical safety codes and procedures. * daily operation and maintenance of all electrical installations, including LV panels, SMDBs, MDBs, DBs, lighting systems, emergency and exit lighting systems, generators, UPS, and power outlets. * maintenance and project works. * Conduct regular inspections of electrical rooms and equipment to identify and rectify faults. * Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are performed as per the schedule. * Maintain daily logbooks, inspection checklists, and maintenance records. * Coordinate with tenants, maintenance, and facility management teams for day to day activities * Verify tenant electrical works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and Kahramaa/QCDD standards. * Report any deviations or safety issues immediately to the Facility Engineer/Manager. * Ensure lockout\-tagout (LOTO) and permit\-to\-work (PTW) procedures are followed. Qualifications and Experience * Diploma with 1–3 years of experience in commercial or mall facilities. * Strong knowledge of LV systems, electrical safety codes, and maintenance procedures.
