**Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or HVAC Engineering MME (UPDA) certified * **Experience:** * Minimum 12 years of relevant experience * 7 years in FM in the Gulf 3 years in major HVAC projects * **Specialized Skills:** Strong expertise in chillers, cooling towers, air handling units (AHUs), and advanced HVAC systems * **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead maintenance of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance * Conduct diagnostics and resolve performance issues * Ensure compliance with energy and environmental standards * Plan seasonal maintenance and implement energy\-saving measures * Fulfill all general engineering responsibilities as outlined in Civil Engineer JD
