Lead or support change management efforts and stakeholder engagement Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of client operations, processes, and financials to identify gaps and opportunities. Develop data\-driven strategic plans, including objectives, milestones, timelines, and KPIs. Analyze market, competition, and internal capabilities to inform growth and efficiency initiatives. Create actionable recommendations and roadmaps; present findings to executives and stakeholders. Design and optimize organizational structures, workflows, and governance models. Lead or support change management efforts, including stakeholder engagement, communication plans, and training. Collaborate with clients to define scope, manage projects, and ensure on\-time, on\-budget delivery. Monitor progress against KPIs, track benefits realization, and adjust plans as needed. Prepare clear client\-ready deliverables: executive summaries, detailed reports, and compelling presentations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred. 2\-3\+ years of experience in management consulting, business analysis, or operational improvement. Strong problem\-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills; proficiency with data analysis tools. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
