The Planning Manager (MEP) will be responsible for overseeing and managing all planning and scheduling activities for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works within the project. The role involves developing project schedules, monitoring progress, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of MEP components in line with project objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules for all MEP activities using Primavera P6 or MS Project. * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure effective planning and resource allocation. * Prepare and update project baseline programs and progress reports. * Identify critical paths, project risks, and propose mitigation strategies. * Review subcontractor schedules and integrate them into the master project program. * Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly progress and report variances. * Forecast delays and propose recovery plans to ensure project milestones are achieved. * Participate in progress meetings and present schedule updates to management and clients. * Coordinate with the design, procurement, and construction teams for planning and sequencing of MEP works. * Ensure compliance with company standards, contract requirements, and project specifications.
