We are looking for a detail\-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to join our team and support our daily operations through accurate data management. Key Responsibilities * Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and management systems. * Verify the accuracy and completeness of information before entry. * Review and correct data discrepancies and errors. * Generate reports and maintain records as required by management. * Organize and archive digital and physical documentation. * Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and administrative teams to ensure accurate record\-keeping. * Maintain confidentiality of company information and records. * Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Requirements * High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is an advantage). * Proven experience in data entry, administration, or a related role. * Excellent typing speed and accuracy. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. * Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus. * Familiarity with logistics or warehouse management systems is an advantage.
