Coordinate with Engineers and ensure compliance with safety procedures. **Chiller Plant Operator** **Location:** Doha **Experience:** 4 YEARS **Qualification:** ITI / Diploma **Industry:** HVAC / Facilities Management **Contract Duration:** 3 Month **Joining**: Immediate Joiner Required **Key Responsibilities** * Operate and monitor centrifugal chillers, pumps, valves, and cooling towers to ensure continuous and efficient plant operation. * Take and record hourly operational readings; monitor equipment sound and vibration to detect abnormalities early. * Maintain chilled water supply temperature and regulate secondary pump VFD frequency and flow based on cooling load demand. * Monitor chiller oil level, refrigerant level, vane actuator operation, and overall system performance. * Operate primary and secondary pumping systems and support condenser descaling and flushing activities. * Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of pumps, valves, AHUs, FAHUs, FCUs, and related HVAC equipment. * Carry out cooling tower cleaning, monitor blowdown, maintain makeup water levels, and support PPM activities as per schedule. * Monitor and control water, electricity, and chemical consumption, including chemical dosing systems, pH, and conductivity levels. * Operate and monitor BMS, maintain daily logs, breakdown reports, maintenance records, and chemical stock registers. * Coordinate with Engineers, Supervisors, Safety Officers, and clients; follow safety procedures, attend shift duties, and ensure compliance with site and company standards. **Requirements** * ITI or Diploma in Mechanical / HVAC or related field * Minimum 4 years of experience * Strong experience with chillers and chiller plant operations * Good English communication and reporting skills * Willingness to work shifts and emergency call\-outs **Sent CV to \-77704360** Job Types: Temporary, Contract Contract length: 3 months Pay: QAR3,000\.00 \- QAR3,500\.00 per month
