Creative working environment with career growth opportunities **Job Description:** We are looking for a highly creative and trend\-driven **Social Media Content Creator \& Graphic Designer** to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and creating engaging visual content for our social media platforms, with expertise in building attractive Instagram grids, viral/trending posts, reels support content, and brand\-focused campaigns — all independently. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan, create, and design daily social media content for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and other platforms * Develop visually appealing Instagram grid layouts and maintain brand consistency * Create trending graphic posts, motion graphics, stories, and promotional creatives * Design campaign materials, advertisements, banners, and digital assets * Handle social media pages, scheduling, posting, and basic engagement support * Stay updated with latest social media trends, viral formats, and audience behavior * Coordinate with management for offers, campaigns, and monthly content plans * Capture/edit basic photo or video content when required * Work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Media, or equivalent experience * Minimum **3 years experience** in social media content creation \& graphic design * Strong skills in **Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Premiere Pro / CapCut / After Effects** * Strong understanding of Instagram aesthetics, grid planning, reels trends, and branding * Ability to create modern Arabic \& English content designs * Excellent communication skills * Creative mindset with strong attention to detail * Must be located in Qatar * Can join immediately preferred **Preferred:** * Arabic \& English bilingual * Experience in GCC market trends * Driving license **Benefits:** * Full\-time permanent position * Career growth opportunity * Creative working environment **Job Type:** Full\-time, Permanent **Work Location:** In person – Doha Pay: QAR5,000\.00 \- QAR6,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
