The ideal candidate will have hands\-on experience in meat processing within a factory or high\-volume environment, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in all operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Cut, trim, debone, and portion meat according to production requirements * Operate meat processing equipment such as band saws, grinders, and slicers * Ensure consistent product quality and adherence to specifications * Follow hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times * Inspect meat products for quality and freshness * Maintain cleanliness of workstations, tools, and equipment * Work closely with the production team to meet daily targets * Minimize waste and ensure efficient use of raw materials **Requirements** * Minimum **3–5 years of experience** as a butcher, preferably in a food factory or meat processing facility * Strong knowledge of different meat cuts and processing techniques * Experience in handling and operating meat processing machinery * Familiarity with **food safety standards (HACCP, ISO, or equivalent)** * Physically fit and able to work in a fast\-paced environment * Attention to detail and commitment to quality * Ability to work independently and as part of a team Work Location: In person
