Our established **lighting manufacturing company** is seeking an experienced **Senior Executive Secretary** with a strong background in **tendering and construction\-related documentation**. If you have **6–8 years of relevant experience** and a proven ability to handle diverse administrative tasks in a fast\-paced environment, **we want to hear from you!** **Key Responsibilities** * **Reporting:** Prepare, compile, and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the General Manager, ensuring all information is accurate, detailed, and submitted promptly. * **Administrative Support:** Manage day\-to\-day office operations, schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and maintain a high level of organizational efficiency. * **Documentation \& Reporting:** Draft and prepare letters, memos, reports, and presentations for management; maintain systematic records in both digital and physical formats. * **Tendering Coordination:** Assist in the preparation and submission of tender documents, liaising with vendors, suppliers, and clients to meet deadlines and ensure compliance. * **Office Management:** Utilize the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to create, update, and manage essential business documents and reports. * **Communication:** Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring professional correspondence and follow\-ups. **Qualifications \& Experience** * **Experience:** 6–8 years of relevant experience as an Executive or Senior Secretary, preferably in a **construction or manufacturing** company. * **Reporting Line:** Proven experience in directly supporting senior management, particularly the General Manager. * **Technical Skills:** Advanced proficiency in **MS Office applications**; strong knowledge of document control, reporting, and **ISO standards**. * **Tendering Expertise:** Solid understanding of **tender processes and documentation requirements**. * **Organizational Skills:** Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization abilities. * **Communication:** Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. * **Attention to Detail:** High accuracy in preparing and reviewing reports, data, and correspondence.
