We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and efficient insurance solutions to individuals and businesses. We are seeking a detail\-oriented and customer\-focused Insurance Coordinator to join our team. Job Summary The Insurance Coordinator will be responsible for supporting insurance operations, managing policy documentation, coordinating with clients and insurance providers, and ensuring timely processing of insurance\-related transactions. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in insurance administration. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate insurance policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations. * Maintain accurate client records and insurance documentation. * Communicate with clients, insurers, brokers, and internal departments regarding policy requirements and updates. * Assist customers with insurance inquiries and provide professional support. * Monitor policy expiration dates and ensure timely renewals. * Process insurance applications and supporting documentation. * Follow up on claims and assist clients throughout the claims process. * Prepare reports, correspondence, and insurance\-related records. * Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. * Support management with administrative and operational tasks as required. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or a related field preferred. * Previous experience in insurance coordination, insurance administration, customer service, or a related role. * Strong knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and documentation. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * High attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications * Experience working within the Qatar insurance industry. * Knowledge of insurance claims processing and policy administration. * Additional language skills (Arabic preferred but not required).
