Lead, mentor, and motivate on-site teams **ob Description:** We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled **Interior Fit\-Out Foreman/Supervisor** to oversee day\-to\-day site operations, manage teams, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior fit\-out works, excellent leadership skills, and a hands\-on approach to problem\-solving. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate on\-site fit\-out activities, including carpentry, painting, flooring, partitions, ceilings, and MEP coordination. * Ensure all work is performed according to project drawings, specifications, and quality standards. * Monitor project progress, report daily updates, and manage schedules. * Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with safety regulations. * Lead, mentor, and motivate on\-site teams to achieve project goals. * Liaise with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to resolve issues efficiently. * Monitor material usage and report any shortages or discrepancies. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Foreman/Supervisor in interior fit\-out or construction projects. * Strong knowledge of interior finishing materials, construction methods, and quality standards. * Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and shop drawings. * Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * Ability to manage multiple teams and tasks simultaneously. * Knowledge of safety standards and site regulations. * Relevant diploma or certification in construction, interior design, or related field is a plus.
