Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls We are seeking an experienced Treasury Team Leader to oversee daily treasury operations, cash management activities, banking transactions, and financial controls. The role is responsible for ensuring adequate liquidity, timely processing of payments, accurate treasury reporting, and maintaining strong relationships with banks and internal stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and execute daily cash flow activities and monitor bank balances * Process and oversee vendor payments, payroll payments, bank transfers, and intercompany transactions * Review payment instructions and supporting documents to ensure compliance with company policies and controls * Coordinate treasury transactions including Letters of Credit (LCs), Letters of Guarantee (LGs), and KYC documentation * Maintain strong banking relationships and support negotiations for favorable FX rates and banking charges * Prepare treasury reports, cash flow forecasts, bank reconciliations, and cash position reports * Monitor incoming and outgoing cash movements and highlight any operational issues or abnormal transactions * Maintain treasury records, agreements, and documentation in an organized manner * Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and QHSE requirements * Support management with treasury\-related reporting and operational activities **Qualification \& Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, MBA, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline * 5–8 years of experience in treasury, finance, accounting, or a similar role * Strong knowledge of cash management, banking operations, and treasury processes * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (Preferably SAP) * Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills * Candidate must be available in Qatar To submit your resume please share it to **careers@deltacrp.com** PS. make sure to mention the position you are applying for in the subject.
