We are seeking a skilled **Control Room Systems/IP Telephony \& Security Engineer (Level 2\)** to design, implement, and optimize data networks and IP telephony systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in **Routing \& Switching, Collaboration, and Network Security**, and the ability to manage and support mission\-critical ICT systems. **Key Responsibilities:** * Operate and implement IP Telephony, Wireless, and Security solutions. * Manage ICT projects and ensure smooth coordination with developers and stakeholders. * Lead network operations, upgrades, and troubleshooting at L2/L3 level. * Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with Cisco TAC for complex issues. * Support business continuity through robust network infrastructure and system integration. **Qualifications \& Experience:** * Bachelor’s or Master’s in Technology. * **10–12 years of experience** in a similar role. * **CCIE (Routing \& Switching, Collaboration)** and **CCNA** required. * Experience in Cisco IP Telephony, Unified Contact Center, and Network Security Systems. * PMP / PRINCE2 certification preferred. * Knowledge of Juniper and VMware vSphere is a plus. **Skills:** Strong leadership, analytical ability, teamwork, and communication skills. Must be self\-motivated and customer\-focused with hands\-on technical expertise.
