Coordinate quality matters with diverse stakeholders and regulatory authorities. **Job Description – QA \& QC Engineer / QA \& QC Manager** **Position Title** **Quality Assurance \& Quality Control (QA/QC) Engineer / Manager** **Qualifications** * Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.) in Engineering or equivalent from a recognized/reputed institution. * Certified training in **ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems**. * Minimum **3 to 5 years of relevant experience** as a QA/QC Engineer in large\-scale engineering, construction, infrastructure, industrial, or oil \& gas projects. **Experience Requirements** * Proven experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining **Project Quality Plans (PQP)** and Quality Management Systems. * Hands\-on experience throughout the complete project lifecycle, including: * Project startup and mobilization * Construction and installation phases * Inspection and testing activities * Pre\-commissioning and commissioning * Project closeout and handover * Extensive field experience in quality inspection, testing, and verification activities for large\-scale projects. * Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, third\-party inspectors, and regulatory authorities. **Key Responsibilities** **Quality Assurance** * Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan in accordance with contractual and project requirements. * Establish project quality objectives, procedures, inspection plans, and quality control processes. * Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 requirements and project\-specific quality standards. * Monitor effectiveness of the Quality Management System and recommend improvements. * Conduct internal quality audits and ensure closure of audit findings. **Quality Control** * Review and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and Quality Procedures. * Supervise and coordinate inspection and testing activities at site. * Verify that materials, equipment, and workmanship comply with project specifications and applicable standards. * Manage Non\-Conformance Reports (NCRs), corrective actions, and preventive actions. * Maintain quality records, inspection reports, test certificates, and documentation. **Project Coordination** * Liaise with Client representatives, Consultants, Contractors, and Third\-Party Inspection Agencies on quality\-related matters. * Participate in quality meetings and progress reviews. * Support commissioning activities and final project acceptance processes. * Ensure lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives are implemented. **Skills \& Competencies** * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent analytical and problem\-solving abilities. * Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents. * Strong report writing and documentation skills. * Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. * Proficiency in quality management and document control systems. **Reporting To** Project Manager / Construction Manager / Project Director (as applicable).
