





**Key Responsibilities:** * Greet and assist patients and visitors courteously. * Manage patient registration, appointments, and EMR updates. * Handle inbound/outbound calls and provide accurate hospital information. * Conduct insurance eligibility checks and coordinate pre\-approvals. * Manage billing, issue receipts, and perform end\-of\-shift financial handovers. * Maintain accurate records and support administrative duties. * Ensure seamless coordination with hospital departments. **Requirements:** * Diploma or certification in hospital administration or customer service. * Fluent in **Arabic and English** (spoken and written). * Experience in hospital front\-desk or medical administrative roles. * Knowledge of **EMR/HIS systems** and insurance coordination. * Presentable, professional, and able to work under pressure. * Willing to work **shifts**, weekends, and public holidays as needed. **Location: Doha** **Shift Timings:** * 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM \| 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM Job Type: Full\-time
