





The company is confidential and will discuss upon interview. **Job Purpose:** To assist the Head of Sales in managing and supporting retail sales operations within the distribution network, ensuring smooth coordination between sales, logistics, and retail partners to achieve company sales targets and enhance retail performance. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist the Head of Sales in planning and executing retail sales strategies. * Coordinate between sales, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure timely product availability and delivery to retail outlets. * Monitor daily sales performance and provide analytical reports to management. * Follow up with retail customers on orders, payments, and service feedback. * Support in implementing in\-store promotions and merchandising plans. * Maintain accurate records of sales data, stock levels, and retail customer accounts. * Prepare sales forecasts and assist in budget planning. * Track competitor activities and provide market intelligence updates. * Ensure compliance with company pricing, discount, and credit policies. * Assist in training and guiding sales promoters or merchandisers. **Qualifications \& Experience:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. * Minimum **5\-7 years of experience** in **retail sales or distribution (FMCG or Consumer Goods preferred).** * Experience in coordinating with multiple retail clients/outlets. * Strong data analysis and reporting skills. * Proficient in MS Excel, Power BI (preferred), and ERP systems. **Key Skills \& Competencies:** * Excellent communication and coordination abilities. * Strong organizational and multitasking skills. * Analytical mindset with attention to detail. * Customer service and relationship management focus. * Team player with initiative and accountability. * Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines.
