We are seeking a highly motivated and results\-oriented Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in luxury beach clubs, high\-profile hospitality events, and entertainment venues, with a strong track record of securing large\-scale functions, building strategic client relationships, and delivering outstanding guest experiences. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for the club. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and partners across Qatar and the UAE. * Identify and secure new business opportunities, including entertainment bookings, corporate events, and private functions. * Lead negotiations, prepare contracts, and manage follow\-ups to ensure profitability. * Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth event execution and client satisfaction. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies. * Provide accurate reports, forecasts, and performance insights to management. **Qualifications, Experience \& Skills:** * **Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.** * **5–6 years of proven sales experience in luxury beach clubs, entertainment, and hospitality events.** * **Strong knowledge of the Qatar and UAE lifestyle and entertainment markets.** * Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. * Ability to perform in a dynamic, fast\-paced environment. * **Arabic or Russian language skills are an added advantage.** * Strong leadership and organizational abilities. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary with allowances. * Relocation support provided by the employer.
