**Job Title:** B2B Sales **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Department:** Sales \& Business Development **Reports to:** Sales Manager / Head of Sales **Job Purpose** The B2B Sales Executive is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing business\-to\-business sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets by promoting the company’s products/services to corporate clients, distributors, and institutional buyers. **Key Responsibilities** * Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, cold calling, and lead generation. * Build and maintain strong, long\-term relationships with B2B clients. * Develop customized proposals and solutions to meet client needs. * Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with potential clients. * Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. * Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. * Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting using CRM tools. * Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies. * Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics. * Provide feedback to management on market demands and customer requirements. **Key Skills \& Competencies** * Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Proven track record in B2B sales or business development. * Ability to build and maintain client relationships. * Results\-driven and self\-motivated with strong closing ability. * Good knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office. * Analytical and problem\-solving mindset. **Qualifications \& Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. * 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales (experience in Food and Beverage preferred). * Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage, if in Middle East). * Valid driving license (if role requires travel). **Compensation \& Benefits** * Competitive salary \+ performance\-based incentives. * Health insurance and other company benefits. * Career growth and professional development opportunities.
