**Job Description:** A Site Civil Engineer is responsible for the day\-to\-day management and execution of civil engineering projects at the construction site. This role includes supervising on\-site operations, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and reporting progress to project managers or senior engineers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Project Execution \& Supervision \- Monitor and oversee site activities to ensure construction is carried out according to approved plans, drawings, and specifications. \- Coordinate daily tasks with subcontractors, workers, and other professionals on\-site. * Quality Control \- Ensure materials and workmanship comply with project requirements and quality standards. \- Conduct inspections and testing of construction work. * Site Coordination \- Liaise with architects, designers, consultants, and clients to clarify technical issues. \- Attend site meetings to report progress, delays, and issues. * Health \& Safety Compliance \- Enforce strict adherence to health and safety standards. \- Identify and mitigate potential hazards on\-site. * Documentation \& Reporting \- Maintain site diaries, records of materials, and daily progress reports. \- Track project timelines, resources, and expenditures. * Problem Solving \- Resolve unexpected technical difficulties and work with the team to ensure timely completion. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. * Proven experience (10\+ years) in a similar site\-based role. * Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. * Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project). * Excellent communication and leadership skills. * Strong problem\-solving and analytical abilities. * Experience in Repair building projects * UPDA is a Must * Experience with Ashghal is preferrable Job Type: Full\-time Application Question(s): * Do you have experience in engineering consultation companies? * Do you have experience in Ashghal projects? * What is your current salary? * What is your expected salary? * Do you have experience in building repair projects? * What is your UPDA? * Are you able to join immediately?
