* Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 10\+ Years of experience in the field of Automation for large architecture projects. Hands on Experience with Rockwell System and Architecture. * Certification in Automation such as CAP, CAE. * Certification in PMP, ISA 62443 would be added advantage. * Familiarity with international standards such as NFPA, ISA/IEC, NCSA, QCS etc. * Experienced with Smart City Infrastructure, Tunnel Infrastructures, and Ability to manage complex architecture with Cybersecurity solutions such as – VM Ware, Veeam, Firewalls, IDS, FortiSiems etc. * Allocate, supervise, and lead the site resources for higher productivity and performance to meet the project plan. * To lead the team of supervisors and technicians and ensure 100% availability of the Tunnel Integrated SCADA Systems and equipment by utilizing his potentials and experience in Tunnel Management Services. SCADA engineer while being in charge of SCADA control room, provides focal points to the SCADA system service providers / specialist subcontractors and validates the quality of their service delivery. * Ensure the health and safety of the company policy is applied on site. * Responsible for development of annual PPM schedule for all ELV and SCADA system and equipment and ensuring it's 100% implementation and compliance. * Prepare and conduct site inspections in a timely manner and report on the progress to the Engineers daily. * Contact suppliers, OEMs for required documentation and understanding. Supervising the specialized service provider works and ensuring their quality service deliveries. Responsible for the validation of subcontractor's service reports. * Familiar with FAS, Fire Fighting and Security (CCTV ACS) System. * Determine the reasons for any malfunctions of systems or components and create a maintenance or repair plan to solve the problem and provide Root Cause analysis. * Involved in the procurement process of spare parts, breakdown services and ensuring the best services/materials deliveries. Initiating the purchase requisition for timely delivery of the materials and spare parts. * Coordinating with peers to ensure the timely completion of the work order, thus meeting the KPIs requirement. * Review Engineering Drawings, Documentation, SLD /As built to understand the placement of wiring or to comprehend the working of the equipment to provide the right service and repairs. * Provide suggestions on the lifespan of equipment and other electrical components, advising when certain components should be replaced due to potential risks. * Ensuring timely submission of daily field reports, weekly and monthly report inputs. Keep records of all maintenance and repair work conducted, including a record of any supplies ordered and used. * Ensure all routine maintenance work is handled on a regular schedule and provide feedback.
