**Job Summary:** The Assistant Sales Manager will support the Sales Department in driving revenue growth, developing strategic sales initiatives, and maintaining excellent relationships with clients. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to assist in achieving the company's sales targets and expanding market presence. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company objectives. * Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients. * Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to inform decision\-making. * Coordinate with the marketing team to promote products/services effectively. * Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. * Conduct presentations and negotiate contracts with clients. * Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities and threats. * Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective service. * Support in training and mentoring junior sales staff. **Qualifications \& Skills:** * Minimum of 10 years experience in sales or a related role, with leadership experience preferred. * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. * Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction, real estate, or related sectors. * Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. * Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. * Fluency in English. **APPLICANTS SHALL BE AVAILABLE IN QATAR WITH NOC AND READY TO JOIN IMMEDIATELY** Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: QAR12,000\.00 \- QAR14,000\.00 per month Education: * Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: * Sales: 10 years (Required) License/Certification: * Valid Qatar Light Driving License (Required) Location: * Doha (Preferred)
