The ideal candidate will assist in administrative management, client coordination, reporting, and operational support to help drive efficiency and business growth in our Doha office. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate and oversee daily business operations and administrative functions. * Act as a liaison between departments, clients, and external partners. * Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence as required. * Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing company events. * Support project coordination and follow up on task deadlines. * Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation. * Monitor operational processes and suggest improvements for efficiency. * Handle incoming communications (emails, calls, inquiries) professionally. * Assist in procurement, office supplies management, and vendor coordination. * Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. * 2–4 years of experience in a coordination, administrative, or business support role. * Strong organizational and multitasking skills. * Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Ability to work independently and in a team environment. * Strong attention to detail and problem\-solving abilities. * Experience in GCC region preferred. **Preferred Skills** * Project coordination experience. * Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems. * Strong interpersonal and client service skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary package * Opportunity to work in a dynamic international business environment * Career growth and development opportunities * Supportive and collaborative workplace culture Job Type: Full\-time Pay: Up to QAR640,000\.00 per year Work Location: In person
