We are looking for an experienced and service\-driven **Captain Waiter** to join a renowned 5\-star luxury hotel group in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality environment, demonstrating strong leadership, exceptional guest service, and the ability to lead a team of waitstaff effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and support the waitstaff to deliver outstanding food and beverage service in line with luxury hotel standards. * Oversee daily floor operations to ensure guests receive prompt, attentive, and professional service. * Train, guide, and motivate team members to maintain high service standards and operational excellence. * Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction and repeat patronage. * Ensure cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards are consistently maintained across dining and service areas. * Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to guarantee seamless and timely service delivery. * Manage table settings, reservations, and special dining requests. * Monitor stock levels of service equipment and report shortages or requirements as needed. * Comply with all health, safety, and operational policies and procedures. **Qualifications, Experience \& Skills:** * Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Captain Waiter or Senior Waiter in a 5\-star hotel. * Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities. * In\-depth knowledge of fine dining standards, menu details, and up\-selling techniques. * Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a luxury service environment. * Ability to multitask and perform efficiently under pressure in a fast\-paced setting. * Fluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary package. * Complimentary accommodation, meals, and transportation provided by the employer. * Opportunity to work with a leading 5\-star luxury hotel brand. * Professional growth and career advancement opportunities within the hospitality industry.
