**Job Description:** We are looking for a dynamic and results\-driven **Commercial Leasing Agent** to join our team. This position is responsible for marketing, leasing, and negotiating lease agreements for commercial properties such as office spaces, retail centers, industrial buildings, and mixed\-use developments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the commercial real estate market and exceptional negotiation and client relationship skills. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prospect and secure new tenants for available commercial properties * Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and rental rates * Market commercial spaces through online platforms, signage, broker networks, and direct outreach * Show properties to prospective tenants and provide detailed information on space, zoning, and lease terms * Negotiate lease terms and conditions with tenants, brokers, and landlords * Prepare letters of intent (LOIs), lease agreements, and other leasing documentation * Collaborate with property management and ownership to ensure tenant needs are met * Build strong relationships with local businesses, commercial brokers, and industry professionals * Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, vacancies, leads, and leasing activity * Ensure compliance with all real estate laws, zoning regulations, and company policies **Qualifications:** * Proven experience in commercial leasing, brokerage, or commercial real estate sales * Valid real estate license (as required by local or state law) * Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills * Knowledge of commercial property types (retail, office, industrial) and lease structures (NNN, gross, modified gross) * Ability to interpret site plans, zoning regulations, and lease contracts * Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and leasing platforms (e.g., CoStar, LoopNet) * Self\-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet leasing goals **Preferred Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field * Existing network of local tenants, brokers, or landlords * Experience working with REITs, property management firms, or commercial developers Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR4,000\.00 \- QAR8,000\.00 per month
