This role involves ensuring project efficiency, managing teams, maintaining compliance with safety regulations, and facilitating smooth communication between stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** * Oversee and coordinate daily site operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. * Supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain productivity and quality standards. * Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and address any operational challenges. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices. * Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for ongoing projects. * Communicate with clients, engineers, and project managers to ensure smooth workflow. * Troubleshoot site issues and provide effective solutions to prevent delays. * Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and site conditions. **Qualifications \& Experience:** * Minimum 4\+ years of experience in construction supervision or coordination. * Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. * Excellent leadership, problem\-solving, and communication skills. * Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously. * Valid QID \& NOC is a must * A valid Qatar Driving License is a must **How to Apply:** If you are a proactive and detail\-oriented professional looking to make an impact in the construction industry, we want to hear from you!
