Position Overview We are seeking a professional and empathetic **Customer Support Specialist** to manage client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure seamless service delivery. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem\-solving ability, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. The Customer Support Specialist will act as the first point of contact, ensuring clients receive timely and effective assistance. Key Responsibilities * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital platforms. * Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions. * Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary. * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback. * Collaborate with sales, operations, and technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery. * Assist in developing and improving customer support processes. * Build strong client relationships to enhance loyalty and retention. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field. * 2–5 years of experience in customer service or support roles. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools. * Ability to multitask and manage priorities in fast\-paced environments. * Problem\-solving mindset with attention to detail. * Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
