We are looking for an experienced, strategic, and creative admissions and marketing leader to drive student enrolment, build brand reputation, and ensure families receive an exceptional experience at every stage of their journey with the school. **The Role** We seek an individual to join as a **Director of Admissions \& Marketing** where your focus will be: * Leading the school’s **Marketing, Admissions, and Communications (MAC)** strategy to drive enrolment growth and retention. * Delivering an exceptional **Family Experience Journey**, ensuring outstanding interactions from awareness to advocacy. * Overseeing the development and execution of the school’s **brand, communications, and marketing plans**. * Using **data and insights** to drive decision\-making, optimise performance, and enhance conversion rates. * Managing the **MAC budget** and ensuring effective use of CRM (Salesforce) for forecasting and pipeline management. * Collaborating with the **Principal, Regional Admissions \& Marketing Director**, and school leadership to align strategies and deliver on performance goals. * Coaching, motivating, and developing a high\-performing **MAC team** across admissions, marketing, and communications. * Building relationships with external stakeholders such as **relocation agents, embassies, feeder schools, and key accounts** to increase visibility and engagement. **The Successful Candidate Will Possess:** * **Degree qualification** in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (essential) * Minimum **seven years’ experience** in brand building, marketing, and/or sales roles, ideally within a service\-based organisation * Proven **leadership and team management** experience, with the ability to coach and inspire * Strong **project management, planning, and analytical skills**, with experience using **CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)** * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels * A data\-driven mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement * Digital fluency and understanding of **multi\-channel marketing** (owned, earned, and paid media) **Please see full job description** **here** **About Us** Nord Anglia Education is the world’s leading international schools organisation.
