




**Role Summary** The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by promoting and selling IMS’s **facility and property management services** to new and existing clients. This role focuses on acquiring new projects, building strategic partnerships, and achieving revenue targets by positioning IMS as a trusted partner for integrated facility and property solutions. **Key Responsibilities** **Business Development \& Sales** * Identify, target, and secure new contracts for facility and property management services. * Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. * Lead negotiations and close deals with corporate clients, developers, and property owners. * Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities across commercial, residential, and mixed\-use sectors. **Client Relationship Management** * Establish and maintain long\-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders. * Act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients throughout the bidding and negotiation process. * Collaborate with operations teams to ensure client requirements are understood and delivered. **Tendering \& Proposal Support** * Work with the tendering/pricing team to prepare tailored proposals and bids. * Provide input on service scope, pricing strategies, and commercial terms. * Ensure all proposals highlight IMS’s value\-added services and competitive advantage. **Market Research \& Strategy** * Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in Qatar’s facility and property management industry. * Recommend new service offerings or business models to increase competitiveness. * Represent IMS at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities. **Reporting \& Performance** * Prepare and submit regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management. * Track performance against KPIs (new contracts secured, revenue growth, client acquisition). * Contribute to annual business planning and growth strategies. **Qualifications \& Skills** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Facilities Management, or related field (Master’s preferred). * Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in **sales/business development in facility and property management**. * Strong network of clients within Qatar’s real estate, facility management, and property sectors. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. * Proven ability to secure high\-value contracts and achieve revenue targets. * Knowledge of facility management services (hard \& soft services, property operations, community management). * Strategic thinker with strong business acumen. * Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. * **Valid Qatar Driving License.** Job Type: Full\-time Language: * English (Preferred)
