We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Senior Estimation Engineer** to join our growing team. This **full\-time** position offers exciting opportunities to contribute to diverse projects across multiple locations, including **Doha, Qatar**, and **Riyadh, Saudi Arabia**, **Jeddah, Saudi Arabia**, and **Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia**. The Senior Estimation Engineer will play a crucial role in preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for our projects, ensuring the financial viability and success of our operations. **Responsibilities** Develop detailed cost estimates for various projects, considering all aspects of materials, labour, equipment, and subcontracts. Analyse project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to determine project scope and requirements. Conduct site visits to gather necessary information and assess project conditions. Prepare and maintain cost databases and historical cost information. Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, procurement, and project management, to ensure accurate and timely cost estimation. Evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers. Develop and present cost reports and presentations to management. Stay up\-to\-date with industry best practices and cost estimating techniques. Identify and mitigate potential cost risks and develop contingency plans. **Qualifications** Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Proven experience as a Senior Estimation Engineer, preferably in the construction fitout or related industry. Strong understanding of cost estimating principles, methodologies, and software. Proficiency in using relevant software tools, such as Microsoft Excel and cost estimating software. Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and decision\-making skills. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Experience working on international projects, preferably in the Middle East region.
