




**Key Responsibilities** **User Research \& Analysis:** * Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, focus groups, and usability testing. * Translate research findings into actionable insights and user personas. * Analyze user journeys, pain points, and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement. **Business Analysis:** * Gather and document business requirements through workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping. * Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and developers to ensure alignment between business goals and user needs. * Define functional and non\-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. **UX Design \& Strategy:** * Translate requirements and research insights into wireframes, workflows, and prototypes. * Support the design team in creating user\-centered solutions that balance business objectives with user needs. * Ensure design consistency across platforms while maintaining flexibility for different user segments. **Collaboration \& Delivery:** * Work closely with cross\-functional teams (product, engineering, design, and business units). * Present findings, prototypes, and recommendations to stakeholders. * Advocate for user\-centered design within business and product discussions. **Qualifications \& Skills** * Bachelor’s degree in Human\-Computer Interaction (HCI), Business, Design, or a related field (Master’s is a plus). * 3–6 years of experience in UX research, business analysis, or a hybrid role. * Strong knowledge of UX research methodologies and tools (user interviews, A/B testing, surveys, analytics). * Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.). * Experience documenting business requirements, user stories, and process flows. * Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to balance analytical thinking with creative problem\-solving.
