Ongoing professional training and development opportunities. **Lead Electrical Engineer** Job Overview: Our company is seeking an experienced Lead Electrical Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and operation of electrical systems in major engineering projects, ensuring compliance with international standards and achieving the highest levels of quality, safety, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: * Leading the electrical engineering team on industrial or infrastructure projects. * Designing and analyzing electrical systems (LV / MV / HV). * Reviewing and approving electrical drawings (Single Line Diagrams, Load Calculations). * Supervising the installation of electrical systems at project sites. * Ensuring compliance with international standards such as IEC and IEEE. * Coordinating with mechanical, civil, and instrumentation teams. * Supporting testing and commissioning activities (FAT / SAT / Commissioning). * Preparing technical reports and tracking project progress. * Resolving technical issues during implementation. * Managing suppliers, consultants, and contractors. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. * 8–12 years of experience in the electrical field. * Experience in oil & gas, construction, or power projects. * Strong knowledge of design and analysis software such as ETAP or Dialux. * Solid understanding of electrical protection, distribution, and control systems. Preferred Certifications: * PE / Chartered Engineer (strongly preferred) * PMP (additional advantage) * Certifications in electrical systems or safety (NEBOSH / OSHA) Required Skills: * Technical leadership and supervision. * Analysis and design of electrical systems. * Solving complex engineering problems. * Project management and interdisciplinary coordination. * Technical communication with clients and contractors. * Working under pressure and managing priorities.
