Position Overview We are seeking a detail\-oriented and proactive **Construction Coordinator** to support project execution, oversee site operations, and ensure smooth coordination between teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. The Construction Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate daily construction activities and site operations. * Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. * Liaise with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. * Prepare reports, documentation, and updates for project managers. * Resolve operational issues and support risk management strategies. * Ensure adherence to Qatar’s construction regulations and company policies. * Support procurement and logistics coordination for construction materials. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. * 3–6 years of experience in construction coordination or project support roles. * Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety standards, and regulatory compliance. * Excellent organizational, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office. * Ability to multitask and thrive in fast\-paced environments. * PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
