This role ensures timely resolution of technical issues, coordinates support activities between users and IT teams, and maintains smooth functioning of all IT systems and services within the branch. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate and manage day\-to\-day IT support requests from end users * Act as the primary point of contact between staff and the central IT team * Monitor and track all IT support tickets to ensure timely resolution * Provide first\-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues * Escalate complex technical problems to senior engineers or specialized teams * Maintain IT asset records including computers, printers, and network equipment * Assist in onboarding and offboarding of employees (system access, email setup, devices) * Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and company procedures * Conduct basic troubleshooting and user guidance to minimize downtime * Prepare periodic reports on IT support performance and recurring issues Requirements * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field * 2–4 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk coordination * Strong understanding of Windows/Mac OS, networking basics, and common business applications * Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or similar) * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast\-paced environment * Strong problem\-solving mindset and customer service orientation Preferred Skills * Knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud services * Basic understanding of IT security practices * Experience working in a multi\-branch or corporate IT environment Work Location Exotica IT Solutions LLC – Branch 6 Doha, Qatar الراتب المدفوع: QAR٠٫٠٠ لكل عام موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
