The role involves coordinating support requests, assisting in troubleshooting processes, and ensuring timely resolution of technical issues for clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will bridge communication between technical staff and users while maintaining high service standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate and manage incoming technical support requests and service tickets. * Act as a liaison between clients, support engineers, and IT teams. * Track, prioritize, and follow up on technical issues to ensure timely resolution. * Maintain accurate records of support cases, solutions, and system updates. * Assist in diagnosing basic technical issues and escalating complex cases when necessary. * Prepare technical reports, documentation, and user guides. * Support system updates, maintenance schedules, and service coordination. * Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and company standards. * Provide regular updates to clients regarding issue status and resolution timelines. * Identify recurring technical issues and recommend improvements. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. * 2–4 years of experience in technical support, IT coordination, or helpdesk roles. * Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting processes. * Excellent communication and coordination skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and helpdesk/ticketing systems. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure. * Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills. * Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus). **Preferred Skills** * Experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools. * Knowledge of networking fundamentals and system administration. * Familiarity with cloud platforms and enterprise systems. * Customer\-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary package * Opportunity to work in a dynamic technical environment * Career development and training opportunities * Supportive and collaborative team culture * Exposure to diverse technologies and projects Job Type: Full\-time Pay: Up to QAR640,000\.00 per year Work Location: In person
