The Estimator – Fit\-Out will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for design and build fit\-out projects, including interior design, joinery, glass, and furniture works. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a comprehensive understanding of materials, finishes, and fit\-out processes to ensure competitive and profitable project pricing. **Key Responsibilities:** * Review and analyze project drawings, specifications, and tender documents for fit\-out and interior design projects. * Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, subcontractors, and equipment. * Coordinate with design, procurement, and project management teams to gather necessary project information. * Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations to ensure accuracy and competitiveness. * Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost breakdowns, and pricing summaries. * Identify cost\-saving opportunities and provide value engineering solutions. * Assist in tender preparation, submission, and post\-tender clarifications. * Maintain an updated database of suppliers, subcontractors, and material costs. * Support the project team during negotiations and project handover. * Ensure all estimations comply with company standards, client requirements, and project timelines. **Qualifications \& Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. * Minimum **5 years of experience** as an Estimator in **fit\-out, interior design, joinery, glass, or furniture projects** in Doha or the GCC region. * Strong knowledge of fit\-out materials, finishes, and construction methods. * Proficient in estimation software (e.g., Excel, AutoCAD, and CostX or equivalent). * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
