Candidate Requirements: (Mechanical Engineers Only and is currently residing in Doha) * Valid UPDA certification as MECHANICAL ENGINEER (minimum Grade C) – mandatory * QCD certification – considered an advantage * Must be currently residing in Qatar * Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical estimation within an MEP contracting company in Qatar * Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and fire protection systems * Proven ability to interpret tender documents, drawings, and specifications * Proficiency in preparing detailed BOQs, cost breakdowns, and value engineering proposals. * Experience in coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and technical compliance * Familiarity with Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS) and local authority requirements * Skilled in using estimation software and Excel\-based costing tools * Ability to prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals within tight deadlines * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in reviewing project scope and identifying risks Job Type: Full\-time
