Assist in cost control, variations, and claims Job Responsiblities: * Prepare BOQs and quantity take\-offs from drawings and specifications. * Analyze tender documents and contractual requirements. * Support estimators in pricing and commercial evaluation. * Prepare tender submissions, clarifications, and commercial proposals. * Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparisons. * Assist in cost control, variations, and claims during tender stage.
