We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated **Recruiter** with a strong background in the **Oil \& Gas industry** to join our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top\-tier professionals for technical and non\-technical roles within the sector. The ideal candidate should have in\-depth knowledge of the oil and gas recruitment market, an extensive network, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies across different disciplines. **Key Responsibilities:** **Full\-Cycle Recruitment** * Manage the end\-to\-end recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation * Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions * Ensure a high\-quality candidate experience from application to onboarding **Sourcing \& Talent Acquisition** * Use various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, referrals, and industry\-specific platforms * Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, particularly for technical roles (engineers, HSE, project managers, etc.) * Attend industry events, job fairs, and networking forums to expand candidate outreach **Industry Expertise \& Stakeholder Engagement** * Understand job requirements specific to the oil and gas sector (upstream, midstream, downstream) * Screen for technical capabilities, certifications, and project experience in line with client or project specifications * Work closely with hiring managers, project leaders, and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely hiring **Reporting \& Compliance** * Maintain up\-to\-date records of all candidates and recruitment activities using ATS or HRIS tools * Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment status reports * Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies **Qualifications \& Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field * Minimum **3–5 years of recruitment experience**, with at least **2 years in the Oil \& Gas industry** * Strong understanding of job functions in oil and gas projects (drilling, production, EPC, maintenance, safety, etc.) * Proven experience in sourcing and hiring for both white\-collar and blue\-collar roles * Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills * Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter * Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities under tight deadlines **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience * Professional and career growth opportunities within a dynamic industry * Supportive team environment and performance\-based incentives * Access to industry\-leading tools and recruitment technologies * Standard benefits (healthcare, paid time off, annual leave, etc. if applicable) Job Type: Full\-time Pay: From QAR3,000\.00 per month
