**Job Title:** GPS Tracking Logistics Assistant **Department:** Logistics / Operations **Reports to:** Logistics Supervisor / Operations Manager **Job Purpose:** The GPS Tracking Logistics Assistant is responsible for monitoring the company’s vehicle fleet and delivery activities through GPS tracking systems. The role ensures efficient vehicle utilization, timely delivery schedules, compliance with routes, and supports the logistics team with daily operational tasks. **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor real\-time GPS tracking systems to oversee vehicle locations, routes, and delivery status. * Ensure drivers follow assigned routes and schedules; report deviations or delays. * Maintain communication with drivers to provide support in case of breakdowns, route changes, or emergencies. * Assist in route planning, trip assignments, and optimizing delivery schedules. * Generate daily/weekly/monthly GPS and logistics performance reports. * Track fuel usage, idle time, and vehicle efficiency through GPS data. * Report incidents such as route violations, speeding, or misuse of company vehicles. * Coordinate with the warehouse and dispatch team to ensure smooth operations. * Maintain records of vehicle movement, delivery completion, and compliance logs. * Support in resolving customer delivery queries by providing accurate vehicle status updates. **Requirements \& Qualifications:** * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field. * 1–3 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, fleet management, or GPS tracking systems. * Knowledge of GPS tracking software and logistics operations. * Good communication and coordination skills. * Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast\-paced environment. * Problem\-solving and quick decision\-making abilities. **Key Skills:** * GPS and Fleet Tracking Systems * Route Optimization * Communication \& Coordination * Time Management * Reporting \& Documentation * Attention to Detail Job Type: Full\-time Pay: Up to QAR3,000\.00 per month
