





The Hydraulic Sales \& Application Engineer will be responsible for developing and expanding business opportunities in the Oil \& Gas sector across Qatar. This role involves providing technical sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction from initial inquiry through to delivery and commissioning. The ideal candidate will have hands\-on hydraulic systems expertise, strong commercial acumen, and a solid network within the Oil \& Gas industry. **Key Responsibilities:** **1\. Sales \& Business Development** * Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the Oil \& Gas, petrochemical, and industrial sectors. * Manage existing client accounts and develop long\-term business relationships. * Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders. * Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitor activities. **2\. Technical Applications \& Support** * Analyze client requirements and propose suitable hydraulic system solutions (power units, cylinders, valves, manifolds, filtration systems, etc.). * Provide technical assistance during installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting. * Liaise with the workshop and service teams to ensure correct product configuration and timely delivery. **3\. Customer Relationship Management** * Serve as the main technical liaison between the company and key clients. * Conduct site visits and technical presentations to demonstrate system capabilities and performance. * Handle client feedback, resolve technical issues, and ensure post\-sale support. **4\. Coordination \& Reporting** * Collaborate closely with internal departments (procurement, engineering, and service). * Prepare periodic sales forecasts, activity reports, and market intelligence summaries. * Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and HSE requirements. **Qualifications \& Experience:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering (Minimum) * Minimum **10\-15 years of experience** in hydraulic systems sales, design, or service—preferably in **Oil \& Gas** or **industrial applications**. * Strong understanding of hydraulic circuits, power units, valves, pumps, cylinders, and related components. * Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts. * Familiarity with hydraulic brands such as Parker, Bosch Rexroth, Eaton, or similar. * Experience working with EPC contractors, drilling companies, or service providers in the Gulf region is a strong advantage.
