**Qualifications & Skills** * Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics & Communication, or related field. * Valid Qatar Driving License Mandatory * Proven experience in transmission and switching systems. * Strong knowledge of SDH, DWDM, IP/MPLS, and microwave transmission. * Hands-on experience with switching technologies: NGN, PSTN, MSC, Softswitch, IMS. * Familiarity with signaling protocols (SS7, SIP, ISDN, VoIP). * Proficiency in using telecom monitoring and diagnostic tools. * Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
