Operations Management** * Plan, organize, and manage daily logistics and freight forwarding activities (Sea, Air, and Land). * Oversee shipment execution from booking to final delivery. * Ensure timely and accurate documentation for imports and exports. **2\. Team Leadership \& Supervision** * Lead, train, and supervise the operations team. * Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching. * Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. **3\. Customer Service \& Relationship Management** * Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring service excellence. * Handle escalations and resolve operational issues promptly. **4\. Compliance \& Documentation** * Ensure compliance with customs regulations, trade laws, and company policies. * Maintain accurate operational records for audits and reporting. **5\. Cost \& Performance Optimization** * Monitor and control operational expenses. * Identify cost\-saving opportunities without compromising service quality. **6\. Reporting \& Analysis** * Prepare operational performance reports for management. * Analyze shipment data to identify trends and improve efficiency. * Implement KPIs to track on\-time delivery, cost control, and service quality. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
