We are looking for a **skilled Machine Operator** to join our production team. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience operating **large\-format digital printing machines** and a good understanding of **Adobe Illustrator** and related design software. **Key Responsibilities:** * Operate and maintain **large\-format digital printing machines** (e.g., Roland, Mimaki, HP, etc.) * Prepare artwork and print files using **Adobe Illustrator** and other design tools * Perform color calibration, material setup, and daily machine maintenance * Handle media such as vinyl, flex, fabric, and paper for indoor and outdoor applications * Ensure print quality and finishing standards are met * Collaborate with the design and production teams for smooth workflow **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in **digital or large\-format printing** * Strong knowledge of **Illustrator** (basic design editing and file setup) * Familiarity with **cutting, lamination, and finishing** processes * Attention to detail and quality * Ability to work under tight deadlines Job Types: Full\-time, Part\-time, Temporary
