




We are looking for a seasoned Academy Manager to spearhead our operations in Qatar and support our regional expansion across the GCC. This is a strategic leadership role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is ready to build something impactful. Key Responsibilities: * Manage academy operations and ensure high\-quality program delivery * Lead and develop a high\-performing team * Drive growth and expansion of the academy within Qatar and across the GCC * Build and grow a strong clientele network and strategic partnerships * Identify market opportunities and position the academy for long\-term success * Ensure compliance with Qatari regulations and internal policies * Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learner engagement Requirements: * 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role within the GCC * Strong operational, leadership, and business development skills * Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage * Immediate availability preferred * Knowledge of Qatar’s labor and education sector regulations If you’re ready to lead with purpose, expand our reach, and grow with a team that values innovation and excellence, we’d love to hear from you.
