Participate in agile development cycles and code reviews **Position Overview** COA Granada Software Services is looking for a skilled Software Developer to join our engineering team on\-site at our West Bay office inside the InterContinental Doha Tower. This role focuses on developing, expanding, and optimizing our core backend systems and enterprise applications to support our growing regional operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Write clean, maintainable, and highly efficient code to build robust backend services and scalable web applications. * Design, implement, and maintain secure APIs to facilitate seamless integrations between internal systems and third\-party applications. * Optimize data storage layers and database queries to ensure low\-latency performance and high data availability. * Participate actively in agile development cycles, contributing to technical design discussions and peer code reviews. * Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex software bottlenecks across production and staging environments. **Required Qualifications** * A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a parallel technical discipline. * 3 to 5 years of professional software development experience handling enterprise\-grade architectures. * Strong practical command of modern programming languages (such as Java, C\#, or Python) and relational database management systems. * Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and automated deployment pipelines (CI/CD). * Excellent English communication skills to collaborate smoothly with distributed development teams and technical leads. **Salary and Benefits Package** This is a full\-time, permanent position requiring a daily on\-site presence in West Bay, Doha. The role offers a fixed, all\-inclusive monthly compensation of QAR 13,000\.
